Set on 40 acres of Oregon heaven, Westwind Farm Studio has every natural and meditative setting for your video or photographic project – 15 minutes from downtown Portland!
The property features a home designed by mid-century modernist architect, Pietro Belluschi. The house fits perfectly into its setting, melding honorably with nature and the landscape.
Gardens wind in cascading layers outward from the home, weaving through terraces, creating pathways that encourage playful interaction with kinetic plantings and the birds and bees they attract. Fine grained and delicate plantings near the house blend into increasingly wild and meadow-like arrangements that spread away from the house into open pastures. Mature trees encircle the home and gardens, sheltering from harsh winds and opening to focus distant views.
